Account Deletion Policy

Such a request for deletion must be sent in writing to support@multipl.xyz. By initiating the deletion of the Multipl App, you hereby acknowledge and consent to the following binding conditions:

1. Data Retention: Pursuant to Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) regulations, all data linked to your account will be retained for a mandatory period of eight (8) years after the app's deletion. This retention period is irrevocable and necessary for compliance with regulatory requirements. Furthermore, your data will not be utilized for any marketing or other purposes after the deletion of the Account.

2. Account Suspension and Irrevocability: Your account will be suspended within seven (7) business days of the complete deletion of the app. The suspension is permanent and the account cannot be reactivated or restored. To restore your account, you must directly contact the Spendvest team; otherwise, access to the account will remain indefinitely barred.

3. Forfeiture of Offers: Upon permanent deletion of the Multipl application, the user shall be immediately and irrevocably disqualified from all ongoing and future offers, promotions, and incentives, regardless of any subsequent reinstallation or login attempt, even if occurring after the designated period of three (3) months. The user will be recognized as an existing user and shall not be eligible for any benefits afforded to new users. This policy is strictly enforced to prevent misuse, fraudulent activity, or manipulation of promotional programs.
